All Dark Kat had to get out of the bubble was the signal, sent by his little remote control doodad, to set off the bomb. True, the SWAT Kats' lasers couldn't get out either... But, that's a laser and not a radio signal and it was Dark Kat's force field and he might well have programmed it so certain frequencies could escape... Certain frequencies like the one to start his bomb's countdown and maybe one to open the field - had he had the opportunity to do so. Hmm... my answer just created a whole new question: If the SWAT Kats' lasers couldn't get out of the force field, how did Dark Kat fire a blast *through* it? Remember the scene where the SK's throw Callie and Manx to the floor to avoid Dark Kat's blast, which then sails through the field (it came in and it went out too) and nearly fries Dr. Viper? I don't the "it was his force field, so he can shoot through it" theory works here. He couldn't very well allow certain lasers (intensities of lasers... whatever you call it - I am *not* studied in laser weapons) to pass through the bubble as he meant to trap the SWAT Kats in there and had no idea what kind of fire power they had.
