And think about it. if feral is so by the book some of the weaponry and
tactics used might have been against regulation. most of the time law
enforcement has a lot of bureaucratic red tape to cut. the SK's ignore the
politics involved and go for the throat. it's the same reason why the drug
problem is so bad. the bankers and politicians launder the money and that's
why the narcs (narcotic law enforcement) has such a hard time busting
dealers.
the same could be said about the sk's. maybe the badies have senators in
their
pockets.
