If he truly is a "producer at a well established, reputable animation company" and is working for a "well known cable station", he should be seeking the proper channels through Hanna-Barbera, Cartoon Network, and Time-Warner. Producing network promotions and station IDs using copyrighted materials without the permission of the copyright holder can land him in big trouble. Even if he is on the level, HB, CN & T-W would have everything he needs & more! That's the whole point behind model sheets & media packets. Where did this message originate?
