During a heatwave that is sweeping over MegaKat City, there is a theory that the underground volcano from "Caverns of Horror" had risen higher and is causing a heat wave. Before T-Bone and Razor had the chance to investigate the situation, Callie and Manx get captured by fire demons. They were left a map that would lead them to wherever Callie and the Mayor were taken. During their trip, they came across a field of blue roses, owned by a fighter who called herself Ivy Korat, who, after a short combat battle with Razor, joins the journey. Along the way, they overcome giant monsters, kat-eating flowers, and more fire demons. Razor looks at the map again and sees a note at the bottom for the first time. It read if they didn't appear within 48 hours, not only would Callie and Manx be no more, but a plague would be realsed killing all kats. Who's behind this scheme? Will the SWAT Kats make it in time to save Callie, Manx, and the world? Can they overcome their biggest challenge yet? Find out when the brothers develop the movie!
